Integrated advanced AI and machine learning techniques to create a robust solution for automating insurance network status verification. Our team used Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to digitize and process insurance cards, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance information retrieval, and Google's Med-PaLM for natural language understanding.
Payments Integrations
Managed migration off Square and designed and executed custom integration with Stripe to enhance financial infrastructure resiliency and feature flexibility. Included integrations with Stripe Billing to automate subscriptions and Stripe Invoicing to streamline patient billing.
Personalization
In collaboration with Data Scientists at PayPal, I developed a "Next Best Action" model that leveraged user interaction data to predict the most suitable actions for small and medium-sized businesses to optimize their operations to personalize the in-app experience and increase engagement.
Data driven farming
Led the turnaround of Houston's Farms, one of Australia's largest producers of baby leaf products by integrating data collection with farming operations to develop more effective and sustainable crop management practices, enhancing yield and environmental stewardship.
Scheduling
Leveraging machine learning algorithms to develop an innovative provider scheduling platform to streamline the management of schedules for 18 clinics across four US states. This initiative ensured effective staffing to meet patient demand while preventing burnout among providers and support staff.
